How The Store Works
Take a look around at our super-affordable high-quality collections of vector stock art. All of our products are digital downloads which means you can get to work with the files immediately! No waiting, no hassles. We offer two tiers of Art Usage Licenses- Standard & Unlimited. The license you need will depend on how you plan to use the art. Please read our Art Usage License Agreement to be sure you are purchasing the correct license for your usage.
All digital files are Mac/PC Adobe® Illustrator (version 8) .eps. which can be use Adobe® Photoshop, Macromedia® Freehand, Corel® Draw and many other vector and graphics programs. Every image in the collections is on a separate file labeled with a descriptive term (i.e. "giraffe") so you can find specific images easily. Each collection comes with an index sheet with all images and ID numbers for quick identification.
If you have any questions or problems downloading your product, please contact us immediately. All emails are responded to within 24 hours.
Please note that all products are digital downloads. You will not receive any product in the mail.

Who is MisterElements?
Erik (aka MisterElements) is a professional illustrator with over 10 years experience creating art for apparel, consumer products, and publishing. Erik graduated from the School of Visual Arts in New York City with honors. His illustration training emphasized the traditional skills of drawing and painting. This traditional foundation allows him to create digital work that feels truly unique. While a senior at SVA, Erik was hired as an in-house artist for the prestigious Boys Generic Department at one of the world's largest childrenswear companies, Kids Headquarters. There he created art for apparel and merchandised clothing lines for clients such as Walmart, JCPenny, and Kohls.
Erik later moved on to the sleepwear company American Marketing Enterprises as Senior Artist. Working in sleepwear allowed him to gain experience in textile design and pattern making. Here he worked on projects for clients such as Target Circo, Dillard's, and Mervins.
After working at AME, Erik left to become a freelance artist to gain experience and develop relationships directly with clients. His clients included Art Zulu, AME, MBS Love, ArtLine, Chess Life Magazine, Easy Street Publications, and Trau & Loevner. He also created art and patterns with the three top Print Trend Studios in New York City- Group Four Design, Inscope Design, and Marcie Design.
This experience freelancing opened the door for Erik to then become the Director of Creative Services at Kids Headquarters where he had previously worked. In this position he created art for select accounts and oversaw many of the departments creative endeavors, developing lines for Walmart Sleepwear, JCPenny sleepwear, and Kohl's sportswear.
Erik and his wife decided at this point it was time to move out of New York City to start a family. Knowing that the commute would be almost three hours each way, he made the difficult decision of leaving to start his own business, Visual Picnic Inc., with his wife, who is also an illustrator. It was the best decision ever.
In 2007 Erik began Mister Elements Royalty-Free Vector Art Collections. Currently he creates original content licensing properties. His two new properties will be debuting at the International Licensing Expo at the Javits Center in New York City in June. Check back in June for links to the properties!
Besides creating art, Erik enjoys playing chess and other strategy games, making Lego sculptures with his son, roadtripping to Vermont, and drinking lots of Starbucks Tazo Chai lattes.

Payment
All payments are processed by Paypal. You can pay with any major credit or debit card and you do not need to have an existing Paypal account in order to checkout. Just follow the checkout directions and you will be prompted to enter your payment information though Paypal. We do not collect or store your credit card information at MisterElements.com. After you complete the payment process, you will be redirected to MisterElements.com to download your product. The download button will be on the right of your order summary page. If you are ordering multiple products, you will see multiple download buttons, one for each item.

Downloading Products
After you complete the checkout process through Paypal you will be re-directed to MisterElements.com for your Order Confirmation. On the Order Confirmation page there will be a download link. Just click that and your product will begin downloading immediately. If you have purchased more than one collection, there will be multiple download buttons.
If for some reason you close the page without downloading your product, you can always click the URL in your email Order Confirmation to come back to this page. You will be prompted to enter your email address to verify the order before downloading. All collections are ZIP folders containing Mac/PC Adobe® Illustrator (version 8) .eps files.Refunds
Since all products are available for immediate download MisterElements does not offer refunds.Custom Art Service
MisterElements also offers an affordable custom art service. For a fee (rate varies on complexity of art) MisterElements can create a custom royalty-free piece of art for your project. The copyright of the art remains owned by MisterElements, however you will be granted the unlimited license usage for the art. This is a great way to get work customized for your needs. Frequently Asked Questions
Do you accept checks?
No, currently we accept payment though Paypal. You can pay with any major credit card through Paypal and you don't even need an existing Paypal account. Please contact us if you have any problems submitting payment.
I've bought the Standard License and now I need the Unlimited License. What should I do?
Easy! Just go to the section in the store called "License Upgrades" and choose the collection you would like to upgrade. You will need to enter your previous order confirmation number in the field provided.
Help! I'm not sure type of license to get. What do you recommend?
Please read though our Art Usage License Agreement. We offer both a Standard and Unlimited License. If you're still not sure, send us an email detailing how you plan to use the art and we'll let you know which license you need.
How will I receive the digital files for the collections I purchased?
All MisterElements products are available for DOWNLOAD only. After you pay you will see a "Download" button. Just click that and your files will download to your computer immediately. That's it!
Oh no! I closed my Order Confirmation page before I downloaded my product! What should I do?
Just go to your Order Confirmation email and click on "Check the Status of your Order" link. This will bring you back to the Confirmation page. You will need to enter your email address to verify the order and re-download your product(s).
I need something very specific. Does MisterElements create custom art?
